The Role

You will help us find, reach, and close customers. This is a revenue-facing role — you will talk to real decision-makers at enterprises, understand their pain points, and connect them with the right Inferova product.

If you enjoy the hustle of building something from scratch and want to understand how B2B SaaS sales actually works, this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers across agriculture, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, and SaaS companies
  • Outreach: Write and send personalized outreach emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups
  • Discovery calls: Get on calls with prospects, understand their workflows, and identify where Inferova fits
  • Pipeline management: Track leads, deals, and conversations in our CRM
  • Market research: Map competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning across our platform capabilities
  • Sales collateral: Help create pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product comparisons
  • Partnership development: Identify and engage potential channel partners, system integrators, and resellers
  • Customer feedback: Relay insights from prospects back to the product team

Must Have

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA, BBA, B.Tech, or related degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (Hindi is a plus)
  • Comfort with cold outreach — email, LinkedIn, phone
  • Self-driven and organized — you don't need to be reminded to follow up
  • Genuine interest in AI/technology (you don't need to code, but you need to understand what our products do)
  • Ability to research a company and craft a relevant pitch in under 15 minutes

Good to Have

  • Previous internship or experience in sales, BD, or account management
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles
  • Exposure to any of our target industries (BFSI, agriculture, healthcare)
